With a Masters Degree in Tax Law from the prestigious New York University, Justin Bennett is ready to fight for you and your financial interests. He represents companies in a variety of transactional matters, including document and contract reviews, lending arrangements as well as entity choice selection and formation.  Justin also regularly drafts and negotiates a wide range of agreements, including wrap around leases, employment, non-disclosure, commercial and residential lease agreements, confidentiality as well as assignment and purchase agreements. He also provides counseling and strategic advice on asset acquisitions, schedule reviews and the complete closing process.
